How do we manage, expand, and integrate these rooms over time?
Logitech solutions are built to scale and stay manageable as your meeting footprint grows.
Centralized management
- Use Microsoft Teams Admin Center and Logitech Sync to monitor room status, deploy firmware and CollabOS updates, and adjust settings from a single cloud-based interface.
- AI-based audio and video features in devices like Rally Bar, Rally Bar Mini, and MeetUp 2 become more capable over time through regular CollabOS updates.
Key accessories to expand capabilities
- Tap Scheduler: Room scheduling panel that signals availability from a distance and helps people quickly find the right room.
- Scribe: AI-powered whiteboard camera that makes analog whiteboards visible in Microsoft Teams meetings.
- Sight: Tabletop camera for Rally Bar and Rally Bar Mini with dual 4K cameras, 315° video capture, and 7 mics with acoustic beams to improve framing and audio pickup.
- Rally Mic Pods & Hubs: Extend audio coverage and create hub-and-spoke layouts; large-room configurations can support up to seven mic pods.
- Mounting options: TV mounts and wall mounts for video bars, Rally Mounting Kit, PC Mount, and Rally Mic Pod Mounts to keep rooms tidy and cabling under control.
- Logitech Swytch: Lets you use the room’s AV equipment with virtually any meeting, webinar, or streaming application beyond Microsoft Teams.
Lifecycle and support
- Standard 2-year limited hardware warranty, with an additional one-year extended warranty available at time of purchase in many regions.
